Caron

Caron, a classic brand from France, is not just phenomenal fragrances, but a piece of the history of its glorious homeland – France. For more than a century, this brand has been a leader in the world of fragrances. Despite this, in our country it is not very well known to a wide circle of fans. It all started with the famous perfumer Ernest Daltroff, who was born into a family of Jewish immigrants.
He had an amazing sense of smell, which allowed him to create perfume masterpieces and always be ahead of his competitors. In 1906, he founded his company together with his beloved wife and partner Felice Vanpuy. It was she who drew attention to the crucial role of the name and advertising of perfumes. Over the next thirty years, the couple produced chic perfumes that were ahead of their time in many ways. Their creations were not typical of their era, in fact, it was a bold selective attack in a rather puritanical time.
At the same time, a unique product from the brand was created – perfumed powder, by the way, it is still produced today. Ernest Daltroff himself died in February 1941, at which time his beloved wife took over the management of the company. She successfully created fragrances and took care of the brand until her death in 1967.
During the second half of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st centuries, the Caron house underwent many changes and transformations. However, it never betrayed its principles, creating luxurious and exclusive perfumes. The fragrances of this brand cannot be found in large quantities and everywhere, and they are not known to the average person. However, the brand continues to work for a special circle of people who prefer quality over price.
